Public Limited Company (PLC) in United Kingdom (UK) as it embarks on a
public listing on a UK exchange late October / early November of 2014 as
part of its growth and liquidity plans.
InnovaDerma™ PLC with company number 09226823 was
officially incorporated on September 19, 2014 under the Corporation laws
of England and Wales and has subsequently appointed Elemental CoSec
Limited (a professional Company Secretary firm) with Nick Lindsay as its
Company Secretary.
Subsequent to the formation of InnovaDerma™ PLC, all of the InnovaDerma™ companies globally will become fully owned subsidiaries of the PLC including InnovaDerma™ Aus & NZ Pty Ltd, InnovaDerma™ NZ Limited, InnovaDerma™ UK Limited, InnovaDerma™ International (Hong Kong) Limited and InnovaDerma™ Philippines Limited.
The board of InnovaDerma™ PLC comprises of Haris Chaudhry
(Executive Chairman), with Garry Lemair, Joe Bayer and Rodney Turner as
Non-Executive Directors and Nick Lindsay as the Company Secretary.
This incorporation concludes one of the key steps in the journey of InnovaDerma™ listing on a UK exchange in November followed by a dual listing in Europe during Q1 of 2015.
